After numerous sessions and hearings, Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama was sentenced to two yearsof imprisonmentas the judges found him guilty of blasphemy.
Numerous hearings have been conducted for more than five weeks, but today's ruling is still a shock to most Indonesians asprosecutors recommended only two years of probation for Ahok.
