Delisa, who was still in grade 2 at MIN Ulee Lheue, Banda Aceh, had to experience a very heavy loss, including the loss of her right leg which had to be amputated. Despite experiencing a heartbreaking tragedy, Delisa never lost her spirit in life.
The story of her struggle was brought to the big screen through the film 'Hafalan Salat Delisa' which was released in 2011. Dozens of years have passed, Delisa is now grown up. Her fate is now fortunate, becoming a successful career woman.
