Brilio.net - The cooking process does not always run smoothly. There are times when you leave the food on the stove with the fire still on, because you might be busy with something else or just forget. As a result, the food that should be delicious and appetizing, ends up burnt. This incident is quite common, especially when attention is diverted or when you are trying to multitask in the kitchen. Indeed, in cooking activities, maintaining focus and paying attention to each stage is important, so that the final result of the dish is as expected.

When the food is already burnt , it usually leaves residue that sticks to the inside of the pan. Not only that, but the black stains from burning often spread to the bottom of the pan. If these stains are left too long without being cleaned, they will harden and become increasingly difficult to remove. The surface of the pan that is affected by burning can be a big problem because the longer the stain is left, the more difficult it is to clean it.

Therefore, it is important to immediately clean burnt stains from pans so that they do not become more stubborn and damage the surface of the pan. Without quick action, these stains will harden into a crust that is almost impossible to remove with just regular cleaning methods.

As a solution, some people deliberately rub the pan with citric acid . After rubbing for a while, the burnt crust on the pan disappears by itself. Unfortunately, some people claim that their skin is irritated and itchy when exposed to the citric acid solution.

To get around this, you can imitate the way to clean the pan shown by YouTube user Creativo Youtube. In the video upload, this netizen appears to replace citric acid with ingredients found in the kitchen. Curious about how to do it?

BrilioFood reported from YouTube Creativo Youtube on Saturday (8/24), the two kitchen ingredients used are baking soda and vinegar. The first step, pour water into the pan until it covers all of its contents. Once done, scrub with a sponge until all the burnt crust is peeled off. Then throw away the water until there is none left.

Then sprinkle baking soda and vinegar to taste into the pan. Shake the pan so that both ingredients can be evenly distributed. Then pour a little water and let it sit for 4-5 minutes.

After letting it sit for 4-5 minutes, pour hot water into the pan. The goal is to make the burnt crust easier to remove. Let the cleaning solution cool down.

Rub the pan after letting it sit for a few minutes. Finally, rinse the pan until it is as clean as possible. The result is that the pan looks as shiny as new, right?
