Brilio.net - Ink stains on clothes can be a disaster because they make them look dirty. No matter how careful you are, there are usually incidents where clothes are splashed with ink from leaking pens or spilled printer ink.
If you've already got an ink stain, there's no need to panic. You can wash clothes directly with detergent solution. To get maximum cleanliness, rub the part of the shirt that is stained with ink. Unfortunately, this method is sometimes ineffective because the ink stains are still clearly visible.
As a solution, you can copy the method for cleaning clothes shown by Instagram user @rumah_shahia. In his video upload, he shows the area of his clothes that was covered in pen marks.

To clean it, this netizen admitted that he had his own way. Instead of scrubbing with detergent, he actually put toothpaste on the ink stain.
"It's better if the white one is available," he said, quoted by BrilioFood from Instagram @rumah_shahia on Tuesday (18/6).

Then add salt as a cleaning mixture. You don't need a lot, in the video upload it appears that this netizen only put 1 tablespoon of salt on the ink stain.

Next, spread the cleaning solution evenly by rubbing the clothes with your bare hands. Then pour boiling water over the clothes. Don't forget to also add enough liquid detergent.

So that the cleaning solution can work optimally, let the clothes sit for 2 minutes. After leaving it for 2 minutes, scrub the clothes using a kitchen tool, namely a spoon.
"You can brush it, yes, but even if you rub it with a spoon, the ink stain will fade," said the owner of the video.

It only takes 5 minutes, the ink stain on the clothes will fade and even disappear instantly. According to the video owner, using a spoon when scrubbing the surface of clothes is considered effective and non-damaging.
"Because my child's hijab is made from a t-shirt, I deliberately didn't brush it. So that the fabric fibers don't get damaged and make hair," he explained.
Finally, rinse the clothes with clean water. Then dry in the sun until completely dry. As a result, the clothes are perfectly clean again.
