Material:
- 1 comb ripe kepok banana
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 350 ml coconut milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 sachet of full cream powdered milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Banana leaves for wrapping
- Stick for pinning
How to make:
1. Peel the banana, slice the flesh, remove the black center.
2. Put it in a blender with coconut milk, granulated sugar, milk and salt then blend until smooth.
3. Turn off the blender, add the eggs then blend again briefly until mixed well.
4. Take a piece of banana leaf, pour 1 spoonful of vegetable mixture then wrap it in a tum shape. Pin with stick, steam for 20 minutes.
5. Remove and let cool. Then put in the refrigerator. Serve cold better.
