Leather Material:
- 200 gr flour
- 50 gr tapioca
- 600 ml suji pandan juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Filling ingredients:
- 200 gr brown sugar
- 400 ml of water
- 1 grated coconut, half old
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pandan leaves, summed
- 50 gr granulated sugar
- 2 tsp butter

How to make:
1. Prepare the filling: cook brown sugar and water until the sugar dissolves, strain. Cook the sugar water with grated coconut, salt, pandan leaves, while stirring until the water reduces. Taste test, add granulated sugar and butter. Remove, set aside.
2. Mix all the skin ingredients, stir well with a whisk. Strain and pour into plates.
3. Heat the Teflon then dip it into the mixture. Grill over medium low heat until cooked. Flip to release. Do this until the dough runs out.
4. Fill it, then fold it like an envelope and roll it up.
