Material A:
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 2 pandan leaves
- A pinch of salt
- 500 ml of water
Material B:
- 200 gr triangular wheat flour
- 100 gr rice flour
Material C:
- 1 tsp red velvet paste
How to make:
1. Boil sugar, pandan leaves, salt and water. Wait until the sugar dissolves. Strain the sugar water mixture.
2. Put the flour mixture into a container. Pour in the sugar water slowly while stirring until smooth.
3. Mix the dough for 5 minutes at low speed only. Leave it for at least 2 hours.
4. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Leave one part white, put the other part in red velvet paste. Stir well.
5. Heat about a spoonful of vegetable oil over low heat to medium. Pour one spoonful of vegetable mixture, let it sit until it becomes stringy. Drizzle the center with oil. Cook until done.
