Brilio.net - Moss can damage the walls and floors of the house . One of the main causes of moss is high humidity. When the surface of walls or floors made of cement is often exposed to water or rarely exposed to sunlight, moss will easily grow. Apart from humidity, lack of ventilation also makes the situation worse.

Usually mossy walls or floors can become slippery, even porous. Apart from that, the accumulated moss will make the surface of the walls and floors turn greenish. This can indeed happen when the moss has accumulated too much in one place and is not cleaned immediately.

Basically, moss can be cleaned by brushing. However, if it has already accumulated, you need special tricks to clean it. Luckily, a YouTube user TERA TEKNIK once shared a quick trick to get rid of moss on walls and floors.

Reported by BrilioFood from YouTube TERA TEKNIK on Sunday (14/7), he admitted that he relied on one kitchen ingredient, namely baking soda. Apart from that, there is one other additional ingredient in the form of citrus. Even if you don't mix it with bleach, these two ingredients can be very effective in removing moss optimally.

The method is easy. Prepare a small bowl first. After that, add enough baking soda. Then also put one sachet of citrus into the bowl. Only then pour a little water and stir immediately.

Next, dip the brush into the bowl. Then apply it to the mossy wall or floor. In the video, YouTube user TERA TEKNIK applies it to a cement floor. If it has been spread evenly, let it sit for a few minutes first so that the cleaning fluid is absorbed.

After letting it sit for a moment, scrub the floor using a brush. A mixture of citrus and baking soda that has soaked into the moss will make this easier. Don't be surprised if the moss on the floor becomes easier to remove or fade when brushed.

While brushing, don't forget to rinse occasionally with water. If you feel there is still stubborn moss, you can apply the liquid. Then repeat brushing the floor until it is completely clean.

Apart from preparing it first. You can directly sprinkle citrus and baking soda on the floor. After the two ingredients have been sprinkled, spread it evenly and let it sit for a moment. Only then brush like in the initial process. Guaranteed thick, stubborn moss will disappear immediately.
