Material:
- 1 pack of pearls
- 3 packs of hunkwe
- 400 gr granulated sugar
- 1500 ml coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- Pandan leaves
- Boiled kepok bananas, cut into pieces
How to make:
1. Boil the pearls until they are clear and all cooked, drain.
2. Take some coconut milk to dissolve the hunkwe.
3. Heat the remaining coconut milk, along with pandan leaves, granulated sugar and salt.
4. Before boiling, pour in the dissolved hunkwe, stir until thickened, add the cooked pearls, stir until it explodes. Turn off the heat.
5. Pour into molds that have been filled with banana pieces, wrap according to taste.
