Brilio.net - Every kitchen is usually equipped with a sink that is used to wash dishes and clean food before cooking. Because it is often used, the sink is easily dirty. Food scraps often remain and stick, which can turn into mold if left in a humid environment.
In addition to mold, rust is also often a problem in sinks. Kitchen sinks are generally made of iron, and constant exposure to water can cause corrosion. Corrosion on this iron will form rust on its surface. Rust is a stain that is very difficult to remove. Even with vigorous brushing, rust on the sink may not be completely removed, and often leaves marks that make the sink look even dirtier.
But if you have a rusty sink problem, don't worry, there is an easy trick to remove it. A YouTube user named Anty once revealed the trick through one of the uploaded videos. Instead of using rust remover, he used kitchen ingredients to remove rust from the sink.
As reported by BrilioFood via the YouTube account Anty Kamalia channel on Monday (11/18), the kitchen ingredients used are baking soda and lemon slices. How to use it, simply sprinkle baking soda evenly over the entire surface of the sink, especially the rusty one.

After that, take a slice of lemon and squeeze the juice on the surface of the sink. While squeezing, spread the lemon juice on the surface of the sink using the peel. Then rub it for a while using the lemon peel.
Once it is even, let it sit for about 2 hours. Then, rub the sink surface again with sandpaper so that the rust begins to lift. After that, rinse the sink with running water until clean.

The sink that has been sanded and rinsed is cleaner. The appearance is very different compared to before. Even the rust on the surface of the sink has completely disappeared. This makes the sink shiny like new.
