Brilio.net - Many people choose to use ceramic material for bathroom walls and floors. This is because the ceramic surface is smooth and maintenance is quite easy. However, even so, it is not uncommon to find bathroom ceramics looking dull and covered in crusty stains.
This crust can be caused by dust or dirt that accumulates and ends up causing yellow to brownish stains on the surface of the ceramic. Apart from that, crusty stains can also be caused by soap or shampoo residue that is not rinsed thoroughly. The remaining soap sticks and settles, causing a stubborn crust that is difficult to remove.
To remove these stains, some people use a mixture of several cleaning agents and hot water. However, this method is quite time consuming because you have to boil the water until it boils first. Well, it turns out there is another, more practical way to remove these crusty stains, you know.
A netizen via the YouTube channel Fyan Arief shared a trick to remove limescale from bathroom ceramics which is quite easy. Instead of using hot water, he just uses ordinary water to mix the cleaning agent. He also uses two easily available kitchen ingredients, namely dishwashing soap and baking soda.
In his video upload, he shows the condition of the bathroom tiles in his house which are covered in brownish crust stains which are quite difficult to clean if you only use ordinary soap. He also mixed several ingredients to make a special cleaning mixture.

First, he prepared a ladle for the cleaning mixture and a brush for applying the liquid to the bathroom ceramics. He poured a packet of citrus fruit into a ladle, then added enough baking soda and dish soap. Without immediately adding water, the YouTube user stirred the mixture of citrus, baking soda and dish soap until it expanded.

Then after brushing, the ceramic is rinsed with water until it is completely clean. As a result, the yellow and brownish crust stains visible on the ceramic surface fade and are completely removed. Just by using kitchen ingredients and ordinary water, bathroom tiles will be clean and shiny again, like new.
