Material:
- 200 ml kara coconut milk ready to use
- 3 tablespoons rice flour
- 35 gr kraft cheddar cheese
- 100 gr palm sugar or brown sugar
- 300 ml of water

How to make:
1. Mix 300 ml of water and palm sugar, then heat it until it boils, then remove and drain.
2. After that, put the coconut milk in a small saucepan and mix it with 300 ml of water, then stir and add the grated cheese.
3. Set aside some of the coconut milk mixed with water into a long glass.
4. Once done, add the rice flour to the glass containing the coconut milk and stir until the flour does not clump.
5. Turn on the heat then cook the coconut milk in the pan over low heat while stirring. Once boiling, add the glass flour mixture and coconut milk little by little into the pan while stirring.
6. The porridge will explode, turn off the heat and let the porridge rest for a moment.
7. Serve in a bowl, sprinkled with the sugar water that was made earlier, then add grated cheese on top.
