Sei is the famous signature dish from Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur, that means smoked meat. This parlor specializes in pork sei. The smoked pork is cooked with mixture of salt and spices that creates a unique taste, and is definitely different from bacon. The price starts from IDR 35,000 for the meat and they offer various meal packages from fried rice, satay to smoked pork hotplate. 2.SABO (Sate Ayam Babi Oka)
The pork satay here is different from the satay sold on the streets. They have this special sauce that is mixed before or after the grilling, depends on your request. The small parlor also offers Balinese yellow soup to enjoy it with. They also sell chicken satay if you dont like pork. The small parlor sells pork martabak and pork nasi jinggo. Nasi jinggo is the signature Balinese dish that includes steamed white rice and a little bit of side dishes such as fried noodle, shredded beef, fried tempeh and here they add pork. Located in Jl. Bakmie means noodle and this depot sells Bandungs style of noodle dish. They have various combinations for the menu. You can pick the sweet or salty noodle at first then choose the side dishes. There are mushroom chicken, chasiu chicken (cooked with red Chinese sauce), pork, wonton, boiled brown egg, and many other options available.
