Brilio.net - Director of General Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimum) Polda Metro Jaya, Police Commissioner Wira Satya Triputra together with the National Police Hospital Forensic Team (RS) have exhumed the body of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante, son of artist Tamara Tyasmara .
Exhumation is the process of digging or removing (a body, etc.) from underground, and then looking for the cause of death. This process was carried out by the Police Hospital (RS) Forensic Team last Tuesday (6/2).
The Forensic Team has determined the cause of death of a 6 year old boy, who died in a swimming pool in the Duren Sawit area, East Jakarta. Head of the Kramat Jati National Police Hospital (Karumkit), Brigadier General Hariyanto, said that from the autopsy results it was found that the cause of Dante's death was relevant to the drowning incident while swimming with suspect YA, Tamara's lover.

"The cause of death matches the signs of drowning," said Hariyanto, quoted by brilio.net from antarnews.com, Tuesday (13/2).
The process of examining Dante's body took a long time because the forensic team experienced difficulties, because the body's organs had started to rot after the exhumation.
"When the exhumation was 10 days after the incident, many parts of the skin had peeled off due to the advanced decay process. So the right cheek and facial skin were among those that had rotted," he continued.

Meanwhile, Tamara's boyfriend admitted that he swam with Dante for 2.5 hours. From this time period, it is known that YA had buried Dante's head 12 times.
"The suspect admitted to swimming in the swimming pool for 2.5 hours. As for the recording, it contains a scene more or less where the victim had his head dunked approximately 12 times," said Director of General Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Wira Satya Triputra. , quoted by Antaranews.com Tuesday (13/2).

The police revealed that the suspect YA said he wanted to train Dante's breathing, therefore he drowned Tamara Tyasmara's child. However, Wira emphasized that YA does not have certification or qualifications to train someone to swim or dive.
"Based on the investigator's examination, the suspect argued that he was practicing his breathing by playing with his breath. This is the language of the investigation report (BAP). Of course, it will still be compared with the statements of witnesses, including experts, based on analysis of video recordings," said Wira.

The police have also confirmed that one week before the incident, Tamara and YA visited the crime scene to conduct a survey. The reason the survey was carried out was to check the facilities and cleanliness of the water in the swimming pool.
Regarding this case, Wira said that his party indicated that there was premeditated murder in the case of Dante's death. Therefore, the suspect YA was charged under Article 340 of the Criminal Code.
