From the contents of the letter, it is known that the resignation was based on a letter received from PT. Kosmetika Cantik Indonesia at the end of July 2024. The letter, which was directly signed by Shandy Purnamasari and Gilang Widya Pramana, stated that Maharani no longer had the right to the MS Glow brand.

Maharani Kemala also expressed her gratitude to Shandy Purnamasari and Gilang Widya Pramana for their cooperation so far. It is known that they have been building a business together since 8 years ago.
"Thank you for accompanying me on my journey with the MSGLOW brand for approximately 8 years. I would also like to thank Mrs. Shandy Purnamasari and Mr. Gilang Widya Pramana for their cooperation so far," he explained.

Despite having resigned, there are still products circulating under the auspices of PT. Urban Indo Manufatur and PT. Urban Asia Industri that still use the MSGLOW logo. Therefore, Maharani Kemala asked for leniency from her former business partners to be given time to change the logo to MSCOSMETIC, at the latest until the end of 2024.
"I appeal to the products circulating under the production auspices of PT. Urban Indo Manufatur and PT. Urban Asia Industri which still use the MSGLOW logo, we ask for the generosity of Mr. Gilang Widya P and Mrs. Shandy to wait for us to replace it with the MSCOSMETIC logo until the end of 2024," he continued.
Maharani Kemala also explained the types of products that still use the MSGLOW logo, which will soon be replaced. In addition, she has a clinic with seven branches that are also planned to change their names in the near future.
