Most recently, RAN released two singles titled "Rahasia #I" and "Rahasia #2". In a release received by brilio.net, Wednesday (4/9), these two singles will be the beginning of a new album that will be released.
"Indeed, the three of us feel like we haven't released an album for too long. "We've tried making singles, but that doesn't seem to be in RAN's DNA," said Rayi.
The album will be released on October 23, 2024, titled Teater Nestapa. On September 4, 2024, the public can start listening to the double single titled Rahasia #1 and Rahasia #2 taken from the album.
"As the title suggests, this double single is about secrets, about when we are faced with a situation in a triangle story," continued Nino.
Love is not as simple as loving each other. Especially if the relationship has been going on for a long time. There are many inner conflicts that occur within ourselves. Like we have admiration for other people, curiosity about them. Well, Secret #1 is about someone who is tempted to have a relationship with someone else, while Secret #2 is from the opposite perspective, 'Am I just someone who is a secret to my partner?' said Rayi.

These unusual love themes then became the common thread that RAN tried to present in their new album.
"The concept of this new album is quite unique. In the past, people knew RAN as a colorful and cheerful music group. Now we're making an album called Teater Nestapa, something that's the opposite of what they know about RAN," Nino concluded.
