Part time working as a driver in the United States, Uya Kuya revealed his son's income

Uya Kuya's child's income as a driver in the United States can reach millions of rupiah per trip, you know. Ferra Listianti

Brilio.net - As is known, Uya Kuya's two children, namely Cinta and Nino Kuya, chose to study in the United States. Even though they have the status of being the children of famous celebrities, Cinta and Nino do not necessarily live a pampered life. Living in another country, both of them live independently by doing side jobs.

If Cinta Kuya chooses to be a waiter in a restaurant, it will be different from the profession carried out by Nino Kuya. Instead of being a waiter, Nino works as a driver for Indonesian tourists on holiday in the United States.

When he was a guest star on Pagi Pagi Ambyar, Nino shared his experience of doing part-time work in the United States. Nino said that it wasn't just Indonesian tourists, it was not uncommon for the people who used his services to be his father's friends.

"Drive papa's friends," said Nino Kuya in the Pagi Pagi Ambyar studio as re-uploaded to the Instagram account @rumpi_gosip, reported by brilio.net on Sunday (4/8).

Nino Kuya is a driver to pick up Indonesian tourists from the airport to hotels, as well as people who need his services to get around cities in the United States.

"So if there are Indonesian people there, sometimes they are confused and don't want to drive themselves, sometimes they like to ask to be picked up at the airport. If you don't go to Las Vegas, Nevada, you need a friend to drive you, so the children (are asked to drive)," said Uya Kuya, continuing Nino's story.

Regarding tariff matters, Nino handed it over to Uya Kuya to determine. Uya Kuya explained that at least Nino could pocket USD 150 to 200 or the equivalent of IDR 2 million to IDR 3 million. The fare is charged for one way from the airport to the hotel.

"If it's just from the airport to the hotel, it's from USD 150 to USD 200, around IDR 2 million to almost IDR 3 million," said Uya Kuya.

However, if you rent it to accompany you out all day, the rate Nino gets is more than IDR 2 million. He can pocket up to IDR 11 million to IDR 12 million. Even though Uya Kuya set the rates, the money given by Indonesian tourists all belonged to Nino, who was already working.

"It depends on what car it is. For a large (car) it could be USD 700 to USD 750 (around Rp. 11 million to Rp. 12 million)," said Uya.

Not only was he a driver, it turned out that Nino also had a small business selling fried bananas in Indonesian communities in the United States. Through his business, Nino admitted that he could reap profits of up to IDR 17 million.

"Fried bananas are like that, the whole family fries them. They sell them in the car, they fry them at home. Yes, it's like collecting them in the parking lot," explained Nino Kuya.
