Brilio.net - Turning 30 years old is often a benchmark for someone in terms of stability. Someone who has reached the age of 30 is considered to be financially independent. However, in reality, this assumption is not entirely true.

Not a few of them have not achieved anything at the age of 30, including in terms of owning a private residence. This is also felt by the beautiful actress, Meisya Siregar . Through an upload on her Instagram account, Meisya Siregar recently shared her happiness at having just finished paying off her house at the age of 45.

By showing the house mortgage certificate that had just been paid off, Meisya Siregar also invited us to remain grateful. Even though she was only able to pay off her house at the age of four, this was not a problem for Meisya and her husband.

" Smile...Be grateful for your life...Tell the world...That we are capable... (pay off). There are still many things that are more difficult (in installments, " said Meisya in part of her caption, as reported by brilio.net from her upload, Wednesday (24/4).

This mother of three also appealed to Gen Z not to be too ambitious about owning a house at the age of less than 30 years. Remember, Bebi Romeo's wife was only able to pay off her house installments at the age of 45. Even though he doesn't meet many people's standards for being established at 30 years old, that doesn't mean he's not successful.

" O Gen Z children..., don't be too ambitious to have a house before the age of 30, until you finally force yourself. Calm down... This is it..., Auntie and Uncle have just paid off at 45 years old... No "That means we didn't succeed and failed, " said Meisya Siregar.

Meisya Siregar said that from the past, paying off mortgage installments was not the main goal. The couple, who married on December 14 2004, prefers to use their money for business. Including paying for Furoda's Hajj travel costs, where the Hajj departure uses a mujamalah visa issued by the country's embassy without waiting in line.

" For a long time, paying off the mortgage has not been a priority for me & @bebi_romeo. Because we don't have the knowledge yet, we think we should use the money for business (you can make a profit or even lose because of the pandemic). The point is to buy comfort for our lives. Of course we have set aside for protection ", emergency funds, savings & a little investment. Then, as we got older and had more knowledge, we decided to use the money again for Haji Furoda, which was ++++++ (the best decision in our lives, Alhamdulillah), " he added.

Meisya Siregar then touched on Helmi Yahya's statement which said that many young people prefer not to take out mortgages. For the actors in the film 172 Days, it all depends on their individual preferences. Because, everyone certainly has different goals that cannot be generalized.

" If you've ever watched Om Helmi Yahya's podcast, you've said that many young people nowadays don't think they want to buy a house if they have to pay in installments. Because after you do the math, the budget in installments + wow interest can be used to invest in other, better instruments, it turns out the opportunity is there. ( "People have different preferences, so adjust them to your own principles, " explained Bebi Romeo's wife.

Meisya also advised us not to be fixated on other people's success. For him, the most important thing is to live realistically according to one's abilities. To quote the saying, the neighbor's grass will be greener than your own.

" So, it's all about: Priorities... What we think about at this age is that when we already know the purpose of this life, we'll be afraid of going home but still trapped in usurious debt. So..., make realistic life choices Just don't let your beard burn when you see people's achievements... Because everyone has a different path in life, " he concluded.
