In the latest developments in the alleged child molestation and abortion case reported by Nikita Mirzani, Vadel Badjideh's lawyer, Razman Arif Nasution, made a rather surprising statement. He felt that he could not accept the investigator's decision to raise the status of this case to the investigation level, even though his client had only been asked for clarification once.

The victim in this case is Laura Meizani, better known as Lolly. In his statement, Razman expressed his surprise at why this case could go to investigation so quickly. He even brought up President Prabowo Subianto's name to highlight law enforcement in Indonesia, especially after the recent change of president.

"Remember Mr. Prabowo Subianto's speech when he was inaugurated? He emphasized that everyone is equal in the eyes of the law. We must fix this country and avoid leaks, corruption, collusion, nepotism, and criminalization," he said, quoted by brilio.net from liputan6.com on Sunday (10/27).

Razman also brought up the briefing given to Ministers and officials at the Magelang Military Academy, where they were reminded that no one is above the law. He questioned why after only one examination, the case was immediately escalated to an investigation.

In a meeting held with Vadel's family, Razman revealed that they would take a stance against investigators through existing legal channels. He also highlighted the development of the examination of doctors suspected of being involved in the abortion process, saying that Lolly's case is a test for law enforcement in Indonesia.

Furthermore, Razman touched on Nikita Mirzani who is suspected of "managing" the law in Indonesia. He questioned the presence of Nikita's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, who comes to the South Jakarta Metro Police almost every day.

"Can a NM set the laws in this country?" he asked skeptically.

"Don't think that anyone can feel close to high officials and consider themselves above the law. That can't happen anymore now," he stressed.
