Brilio.net - It is no secret that many public figures have entered the world of politics. Artists and dangdut singers have not escaped offers to join political parties or run as legislative candidates.
This has also been felt by Inul Daratista. In her upload on social media, Inul shared her story of receiving an offer from one party promising a seat as a member of the council.
At first, Inul touched on the issue of many celebrities choosing to enter politics. While she herself is still comfortable in her music career.
"I'm confused. Everyone is joining a party and a seat in the DPR. So what's good for me? What do you think about the Dangdut Party? Or the Adem Ayem Party? Representing the voice of the dangdut lovers," said Inul as quoted by brilio.net from the Instagram account @inul.d, Friday (30/8).

Only after that Inul revealed her story of getting an offer to become a member of the council. However, Inul was consistent in being reluctant to spread her wings as a politician.
Moreover, he did not have a higher education, namely only up to junior high school which was not completed. But unexpectedly, politicians apparently already have their own way of solving it.
So, even with an elementary school diploma, it was no problem. They even expressed their willingness to be Inul's mentor, even though the dangdut singer herself felt that it was unreasonable.
"Many people offered me, but I said... I'm only an elementary school graduate, junior high school graduate, only half of them answered, "It's easy, we'll take care of it... later we'll be your mentors behind... then where do I see it behind?," said Inul.

Not only that, the 45-year-old woman also revealed the costs to be able to sit in the promised seat. She knows that joining a party, let alone running as a people's representative, will require a large amount of money.
"Then the cost? From us, yes, it can also be done if we join the collaboration. Wow, we can sell shares, sell assets if it gets too hot. Isn't it dangerous? And I remain firm in my position that I will create my own, namely the Dangdut Party," he asserted.
Although many politicians tried to pull her into politics, Inul Daratista remained firm in her principles and preferred not to take such a step. For this mother of one, the dangdut world is a more appropriate place to channel her voice than to plunge into politics.
