Brilio.net - After delaying, Tengku Dewi has now officially registered a divorce suit against Andrew Andika at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java. In the divorce lawsuit filed by Tengku Dewi, he did not include a claim for shared assets.
Through his attorney, Minola Sebayar, Tengku Dewi only demanded separation and custody of their children, including those currently still in the womb. Because before getting married, Tengku Dewi and Andrew Andika had made a prenuptial agreement regarding the separation of assets.
"Child custody, so there are two children. One child, who was born more or less three years ago, is named Ehsan Ryan. Then the child who is still in the womb is now 8 months old and the female child has had an ultrasound," said Minola Sebayar, as reported by brilio .net from merdeka6.com, Friday (7/6).

"That's why in the lawsuit we say there are 2 children, one has been born and the other is still in the process. As long as Dewi and Andrew are in the womb, there is no need to doubt who is the child's father," Minola added.
Apart from child custody, the woman who is familiarly called Dewi also demands a living for her two children amounting to IDR 20 million per month. Minola believes that the nominal amount requested by Tengku Dewi is not excessive and is believed to have been adjusted to Andrew's abilities.
"The living costs for children and children's education that Dewi asked for are very rational, not too excessive, not too flashy, just normal, and perhaps according to Andrew's perceived ability, it is only 20 million per month for 2 children," he explained.
Minola also believes that as a father, Andrew will not limit his children 's needs just because of a formal decision in the lawsuit filed by Tengku Dewi. Moreover, Minola considers the nominal amount to be very reasonable.

"I'm sure the father will definitely not limit what the child needs with a formal decision. At least in this lawsuit when Dewi stated Rp. 20 million. Rp. 10 million for one child, and I think this is very reasonable and not too obvious," he explained. .
Previously, along with Andrew Andika's decision not to separate, this 36 year old woman also postponed registering for divorce. Tengku Dewi officially registered a divorce suit against Andrew Andika, at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java at around 14.36 WIB via e-court.
"The registration was carried out at around 14.36, we have registered it and it has been confirmed by the Indonesian Supreme Court. We are just waiting for the trial schedule and case number," said Minola Sebayar.
