Brilio.net - Former driver of Vanessa Angel and Bibi Andriansyah, Tubagus Joddy has officially been released on parole from Jombang Prison, East Java. Joddy is known to have completed a sentence of approximately two years and 10 months, from the judge's verdict of 5 years in prison.
After being officially released from prison, Joddy immediately flew to Jakarta with the intention of meeting the family of Bibi and Vanessa Angel. At that time, it was known that the one who received Joddy's arrival was his mother Bibi Andriansyah, who looked shocked to see Joddy already in front of her house.
"Yes, from Jombang, to Surabaya directly to Haji Faisal's house," said Joddy, quoted by brilio.net from Denny Sumargo's YouTube channel, Thursday (3/10).
Not only Vanessa and Bibi's family were devastated by the tragic accident. The incident also left Joddy devastated and feeling lost with the departure of Vanessa and Bibi.
"I also feel lost, I don't know how to make up for it," said Joddy.
Joddy admitted that after being released from prison, he still received social sanctions. Even so, he accepted it with an open heart. Joddy even stated that he would do anything to atone for the sin.
"I accept those things (social sanctions). Because those who left were also important people in my life. They taught me a lot. If they want to think of me however they want, that's up to them. There is a way to atone for those sins, so I will do it," added Joddy.
Meanwhile, when asked about the circumstances remembering the tragic incident, did Joddy experience regret? Getting the question, Joddy immediately cried because of the regret in him.
"I kept crying, why didn't I just take it when this happened? Why didn't Joddy just take it," he said while crying.
Sobbing, Joddy expressed his regret, why he was the one who survived and not Vanessa and Bibi.
"Joddy survived? I've been thinking about that from the past until now," he said.
As additional information, after being released from prison, Joddy did not only go to Haji Faisal's house. Joddy also immediately made a pilgrimage to Vanessa and Bibi's graves, but without the family's permission.
"I haven't had time to ask permission to go to the grave, but according to what people say, I'll find out. I mean, is it polite to go to the grave without permission from your parents? I mean, it's your business with your personal, you with your God," added Joddy.
