Brilio.net - The Indonesian entertainment world has been shocked again by the news of celebrity divorces. Comedian and presenter Andre Taulany filed for divorce against his wife, Rein Wartia Trigina, at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Tangerang Regency, on Wednesday, August 7 2024. This couple has been married for 18 years since getting married on December 17 2005.
Andre filed a divorce application for divorce through an e-litigation process on April 4 2024. Public Relations of the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Ummi Azma, explained the process of filing the lawsuit.
"From the petition to the trial, Mr. Andre went through e-litigation, via his attorney's account. So later, from the mediation trial process to the decision, Mr. Andre will not meet, so only electronically," said Ummi, quoted by brilio.net from Liputan6.com on Wednesday (7/8).

This divorce lawsuit is registered with case number 1668/pdtg/2024/patigaraksa. The reasons for the divorce have not been officially disclosed because they are private and within the authority of the panel of judges.
"I can't explain the reason, it's up to the panel of judges and this is a matter of privacy," concluded Ummi.
Andre and Rein's marriage has been blessed with three children, namely Ardio Raihansyah Taulany, Arkenzy Salmansyah Taulany, and Arlova Carissa Taulany. The news of this divorce certainly surprised many people, considering that this couple has appeared harmonious in the public eye for many years.

The divorce process will be carried out electronically, starting from the mediation hearing until the final decision. This step allows Andre not to be physically present in court, but to be represented by his attorney through the e-litigation system.
