It is known in the report, Edward Akbar brought a number of evidences of alleged child abuse allegedly committed by his ex-wife, Kimberly Ryder . There were three incidents that were used as evidence of Kimberly's violence against her child.
"We are here to submit a complaint. Earlier, our complaint was received by KPAI, it will be followed up," said Jundri R. Berutu as quoted by Brilio.net from Liputan6.com, Thursday (3/10).

According to Jundri, the first incident occurred in October 2023. Kymberly allegedly pulled the child's ear until he fell down.
"There are three incidents that we provide as evidence. The first was violence around October 2023, the perpetrator allegedly pulled his child until he fell and cried," added Jundri.
The next incident occurred in February 2024. This time, Edward Akbar's party had several pieces of evidence, namely CCTV video recordings. Another piece of evidence was a complaint from his child.
"In February 2024, he hit the child's stomach until he cried," he said.
Meanwhile, the third incident of alleged violence against the first child was the act of scratching.
"Then the third one was against the first child, who was scratched so there were scratch marks. When asked, the child admitted that he was scratched by his mother. We have included the video evidence," added Jundri.
Jundri added that in the CCTV footage, the reported actions were clearly seen towards the child. Even in the CCTV footage, it was clearly seen that the husband, Edward, broke up and secured the child.
"So, apart from the CCTV evidence, the husband was also there or the complainant when the violence was committed. The complainant was the one who lifted her child, broke it up, something like that," he added.
Meanwhile, regarding the motive for the violence itself, there is no detailed motive from the reported party. Jundri added that the reported party, Kimberly, has a light-handed nature.
"But it seems like he likes to be heavy-handed and rough with children," explained Jundri.
