On various occasions, Luna Maya often gets questions about marriage. One of them was when she talked on Kemal Palevi's podcast.
Luna firmly denied the notion that she was afraid of getting married. According to Luna, marriage is a big decision that she cannot take at this time.
"If you say you're afraid (of getting married), that's not it, it's just like you've just realized that you've reached this age but you haven't made any big decisions yet," he said, quoted by brilio.net from Kemal Palevi's YouTube channel on Thursday (5/9).

Luna also has her own views on marriage. According to her, marriage is not the only way to achieve happiness in life.
"Maybe it was my fault too, yesterday I thought 'life is not always complete with marriage'," he said.
Luna feels that she has experienced many things in her life that make her grateful. Reino Barack's ex also considers marriage not an urgent matter for her.
Furthermore, the actress from Bali also shared her life partner criteria. She wants a partner who can complement each other, not just fulfill the demands of marriage.
"I want to meet someone who can think like that. Complement each other, don't make things difficult for both of you, even though it will be difficult for both of you," explained Luna.

Until now, Luna is always confused when asked about the reason why she doesn't want to get married yet. According to her, she doesn't feel the momentum that she should realize it soon. However, it is also undeniable that focusing on her career is one of the reasons why she hasn't stepped into the aisle.
"I'm always asked 'why not (married) yet', 'I don't know'. Maybe I just haven't found the moment. Maybe all this time I've been too ambitious with my career and my work, so I've forgotten that 'the time is'," he said.
Luna also does not want to force Maxime Bouttier to marry her immediately. For her, Maxime needs to find his own awareness of being ready to marry.
"He (Maxime) needed a lightning bolt to wake him up like that," he said.

On the other hand, Maxime Bouttier has given positive signals about their future plans. He admitted that he has prepared a ring and stated that his preparation to propose to Luna is above 50 percent.
"I once told him, I'm very loyal, so let's just work it out for the better future, a better future for both of us, being together," said Maxime while appearing on Denny Sumargo's YouTube channel.
