At risk of paralysis, Sarwendah said he chose to 'make peace' with a brain stem cyst

It is known that in the last few years, he has been hospitalized several times. It turns out that this is not without reason. This former Cherrybelle member admitted that he was experiencing a cyst.

He has a cyst on his brain stem. Sarwendah said that the disease had been growing since 2 years ago. This was conveyed during a conversation with Melaney Ricardo.

"I have a cyst in the brain stem. So the brain stem is attached to the cerebellum below," said Sarwendah, quoted by YouTube Melaney Ricardo on Thursday (2/8).

He also admitted that there was nothing that could be done about the disease. Sarwendah admitted that he could be at risk of paralysis.

"There's nothing you can do, Sis. You can't have surgery. There's a risk of paralysis," explained the woman who still has the status of Ruben Onsu's wife.

Currently, he is grateful that he rarely experiences migraines due to this disease. Moreover, he has also had sinus surgery. So that conditions can be much better than before.

"I almost don't have migraines anymore, it's rare, it's very rare. And because I've had sinus surgery too. The sinuses are really better. So, yes, it's healthy. Yes, the child has to be healthy," he said.

Currently, he does not mind that the disease is in his body. Moreover, recently the disease has not interfered with my activities. Therefore he chose to live with his cyst. Sarwendah also admitted that he routinely checked with a doctor regarding the disease he was suffering from.

"If it doesn't interfere with activities. Yes, let it live with the term. Live with the cyst. But yes. Now it's still being looked after," said Sarwendah.

"Yesterday it was 6 months. Then check again. Is it getting bigger or not? So far, the last time I checked it wasn't getting bigger, luckily that's it," concluded Sarwendah.
