Instead of using shallots, here's how to prevent gray hair on the scalp with 1 type of drink

Brilio.net - Aging of the scalp is the main cause of gray hair. In this process, melanocyte cells in the hair follicles produce melanin in decreasing amounts, until they finally stop. As a result, the hair turns gray or white.

Deficiencies in nutrients like vitamin B12, copper, and zinc can speed up this change, as all three play a role in melanin production. While gray hair can be a cause for concern, there are natural ways to prevent it.

One tip comes from YouTube user razdarkitchen, who uses black tea as a solution. Black tea is rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, which help fight free radical damage and keep hair healthy and naturally colored.

The content of black tea not only fights free radicals, but also maintains the health of hair follicles and slows the appearance of gray hair. The caffeine in black tea stimulates blood circulation in the scalp, helping to prevent gray hair. If added with aloe vera, hair will be more moisturized thanks to its natural soothing properties.

Not stopping there, additional ingredients such as fenugreek or methi seeds also provide extraordinary benefits. The content of protein, lecithin, and nicotinate can stimulate healthy hair growth while preventing damage. The combination of these three ingredients is effective in overcoming inflammation, protecting hair from damage, and inhibiting the growth of gray hair.

Curious about how to make it? Check out the tutorial from YouTube user razdarkitchen, as reported by briliobeauty.net on Tuesday (1/28).
