For years, Geody lived in the shadow of ridicule because of his weight, which had reached 139 kilograms. However, instead of giving up, he chose to rise and start a diet journey that not only changed his appearance, but also his life as a whole.
Geody began his story with the hope that his son would one day be able to see his father's struggle with obesity. He revealed that the experience of being the subject of ridicule left a deep impression on him.

In addition to facing ridicule, Geody also admitted that he often felt socially isolated. Rejection after rejection in love affairs also made him lose his confidence.
" Never had a boyfriend, always rejected and ostracized whenever I hung out. I could only cry in front of Allah, asking for His guidance so that I could be consistent in my diet. Here I started to make a diet plan to lose weight quickly ," he said.

His desire to change led Geody to create a strict but consistent diet. He began replacing his main carbohydrates with lower-calorie options.
" Replace regular rice with porang rice because it is lower in calories. For protein, you can eat eggs or chicken breast, just boil them. Eat heavy meals like this only twice (morning and night), and the rest of the time you can snack on salad/fruit ," he explained.
Geody realized that one of his biggest challenges was getting used to drinking water. To that end, he created a drinking schedule so that he could meet his daily fluid needs gradually.
" Drink more water. Drink water: 2 glasses at 8:00, 2 glasses at 12:00, 2 glasses at 15:00, 2 glasses at 18:00. (I apply this because I am the type who has difficulty drinking water so make it a minimum of 2 liters/day ," he said.

In addition to maintaining a diet and fluid intake, Geody also adds a simple exercise routine to his daily activities. He believes that what matters is not high intensity, but consistency.
" Just do some jogging once a day, the important thing is that you sweat. Don't get stressed and avoid staying up late (because when we sleep, that's when the body burns fat). Stay strong, everyone, thanks for myself ," he concluded.
In one year, Geody managed to lose 70 kilograms. His physical transformation is a living proof that strong commitment and determination can bring extraordinary results, even starting from the most difficult point in life.
