This is what happened to a man using the TikTok account @biyan.phi who was repeatedly rejected for work just because he did not meet certain physical standards. He even failed the selection because he was considered five centimeters shorter than the specified requirements.
The heartache and experience of discrimination eventually triggered a major change in her life. She was determined to completely change her appearance through a series of plastic surgeries . As a result, her appearance was completely different.
"People's perspectives have now started to change. Especially in work, finding friends, even relationships. Bad people are those who don't have appearance, either materially or physically," said @biyan.phi.
The story of the operation and the job actually began with his failed love journey. Having been going beautifully for months, it finally ended, suddenly running aground without any clarity.
"6 months of knowing someone well, every day feels colorful, but when you meet them one day, suddenly they disappear the next day. 6 months is not a short time, many things have been planned, you can get depressed when everything ends just like that," he said.
Since then, he began to set clearer and more realistic life goals. He prepared himself to find a better job even though the process turned out to be not as easy as imagined.
"Since then, I started to be determined to look for a better job, save money, etc... Although it wasn't all that easy, I was even more depressed when I wanted to work somewhere but instead I got discrimination," he explained.
The most painful moment came when she had passed the final stage of the job recruitment. However, her hopes were shattered because she was rejected only because of her height, while her shorter friend was accepted because she was more physically attractive.
"I was already at the final stage of the 3rd meeting, I didn't pass the HRD interview because I was 5cm short, while my fellow fighter was actually shorter and passed because he was more handsome," he said bitterly.
She felt devastated and questioned her fate that seemed to never be on her side. All the efforts she made seemed meaningless because they always came to a standstill in terms of appearance.
Since 2018, she has undergone a total of 10 plastic surgery procedures to change her face shape. These changes have made her appearance almost unrecognizable, even considered to be similar to a Caucasian person.

1. Her initial appearance was considered less attractive with a nose that was not sharp and fairly wide auricles. Her face shape was also rounder and flatter.
2. Her forehead looks wide with eyebrows that are not very prominent and eyes that are not sharp. This makes her expression look flat when photographed.
3. Since 2018, she has started undergoing a series of plastic surgeries as a form of resistance against the discrimination she experienced. She took this step by sacrificing all her savings.
4. In total, there have been 10 surgical procedures that he has undergone to change his face from the tip of his forehead to his chin. All of them were done gradually in the last few years.
5. Her nose is now much sharper with a sharp curve like a Caucasian face. The once wide nostrils are now smaller and symmetrical.
6. The chin is made more pointed to give the impression of a slim and proportional face. The eyebrows and eye shape are also arranged to look sharper.
7. Her face, which used to look ordinary, has now completely changed into a new version that is almost unrecognizable. Many people are surprised when they see her because of this total change.
