How far is too far? With the Philippines' president Duterte, the line is pretty much blurred.

A Taiwan-based news website, TOMO news, recently published a video mocking Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, calling him a moron, Scarface, and even Kim Jong-un wannabe. The video depicted the president's barbaric ways of leading the country and alludes on how he seems to be cozying it up with China to get a hold of their weapons.
