The big opportunity opened up as her eldest child, Kanaka, began to grow more independent. Tya also saw this moment as the right time to encourage Sus Miya to learn new things that fit her educational background.

She has been trusted since the beginning to take care of Kanaka and often participates in family moments, including vacations abroad. Not only as a nanny, Sus Miya has also become part of the family's daily life.

Seeing her potential, Tya finally began to give Kusmiya more space to develop in the professional world. With a background in Accounting Vocational School, Tya considered that Sus Miya had the provisions to pursue a career in finance. She did not hesitate to start involving Kusmiya in office activities.
Tya even uploaded a moment when Kusmiya was studying finance. According to her, this was the first step to train broader work skills outside of her role as a nanny.
"Masyaallah, it started from Kanaka's sister's milk, then she learned to drive a car in case she suddenly needed to pick up and drop off Kanaka," wrote Tya Ariestya as in the caption @tya_ariestya.
Previously, Tya had also encouraged Kusmiya to learn to drive a car. The skill was prepared for sudden needs such as Kanaka's pick-up and drop-off so that Sus Miya would be more flexible in helping with daily activities.

Now, when Kanaka is starting to be more independent, Tya is starting to prepare Kusmiya to be able to take on other, more professional roles. She thinks that it is time for Sus Miya to step into a new stage in the world of work.

Not only facilitating directly, Tya also shows enthusiasm in giving motivation. She wants her child's nanny to grow more independently and be ready to face the wider world of work.
Through her latest upload, Tya shows how Kusmiya is actively learning finance. She continues to support this learning process so that it can be a provision in the future.
"I'm currently studying finance," he continued.
Tya did not hesitate to provide personal encouragement to encourage Sus Miya to continue learning. She also began to design a clearer career plan for her child's nanny.
She has even thought about the concrete role that Kusmiya can take in the near future. Not only at home, Tya hopes that Kusmiya's presence can help directly in office matters.

"Previously, the job opportunity was to be a nurse, now that Kanaka is growing up, she is being trained slowly to be more independent. Hopefully, her next job preparation will be to be part of the mother's finance team + office," said Tya Ariestya.
Furthermore, Tya also thinks about further education for Kusmiya. She wants her child's nanny to be able to go back to college so that her future opportunities will be more open.
However, until now there has been no official decision from Kusmiya to continue her education. Even so, Tya continues to provide encouragement so that this plan can be realized.
