In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, Cak Lontong , also known as Lies Hartono, together with former Governor of DKI Jakarta, Sutiyoso, were officially appointed as commissioners . This appointment is not just a formality, but a strategic step to strengthen the supervision and direction of the company's business going forward.

Daniel Windriatmoko, Corporate Communication representative of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, stated that this decision was taken to increase the effectiveness of the Board of Commissioners.

"The GMS approved the replacement of members of the Board of Commissioners to strengthen supervision and future business strategies," he said in Jakarta on Saturday (26/4).

The new composition of the Board of Commissioners will be effective after the GMS is closed. In addition to Cak Lontong and Sutiyoso, Irfan Setiaputra, former Director of PT Garuda Indonesia, was also appointed as President Commissioner.

On the other hand, the board of directors of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk consists of Winarto as President Director, and several other directors such as Cahyo Satriyo Prakoso, Daniel Nainggolan, and Eddy Prastiyo. With this new composition, Ancol is further strengthening its position as a leading tourist destination in Indonesia.
