Brilio.net - Jirayut , a singer and presenter from Thailand who has had a long career in Indonesia, recently shared surprising news about his new investment . Via Instagram in April 2025, he showed his 8,000 square meter rubber plantation that he will convert into a palm oil plantation.

"So I want to have a palm oil plantation, now it's rubber but it's been cut down, so later I want to make it into palm oil," explained Jirayut, quoted by brilio.net from KapanLagi, Friday (4/7).

It turns out that the idea to buy this garden did not come from himself, but from his older brother's advice, which he listened to seriously.

"That's actually my brother. I never thought about wanting to have a garden, so my brother always said, 'Hey hey, it's better if you use your money to buy a garden for your future, we don't know how long your career will last,'" said Jirayut, imitating his brother's message.

Interestingly, he bought the garden in cash without any installments. When asked, he answered firmly, "Paid in full."

The price was also revealed directly by Jirayut, who said the nominal is still very affordable. 500 thousand baht, if converted into rupiah, it is worth Rp250 million.

"It's cheap, not really expensive, 500 thousand baht," he concluded.
