Brilio.net - Indonesian actor Joe Taslim has just given fans back home yet another reason to be proud. After starring in summer hit "Star Trek Beyond", over the weekend he managed to take home the Best Asia Pacific Actors Network (APAN) Star Award in Seoul, South Korea. 

He uploaded a short video showing this great moment on his Instagram account, where he delivered his gratitude and presented the trophy for his fans.

“This award is for all friends and fans in Indonesia and Korea... Sarange [I love you]. Happy to receive this award together with other great actors from all over Asia. One Asia One Love,” he wrote on the caption.

A number of other actors and actresses from different countries within the region also received the Best APAN Star Award, including Song Joong-Ki (South Korea), Kim Hee Sun (South Korea), Thanayong Wongtrakul (Thailand), Jessy Mendiola (Philippines), and Narimiya Hiroki (Japan) also received Best A-PAN Star Award.
